Removed VBOX_WITH_LINUX_ADDITIONS, VBOX_WITH_WIN32_ADDITIONS, VBOX_ADDITIONS_LINUX_ONLY, VBOX_ADDITIONS_WIN32_ONLY and some other obsolete bits from ssh crossbuilding days.
