8 On the <b outputclass="bold">Recording</b> tab you can
9 enable video and audio recording for a virtual machine and
10 change related settings. Note that these features can be enabled
11 and disabled while a VM is running.

44 to set the maximum number of video frames per second (FPS)
45 to record. Frames that have a higher frequency are skipped.

52 slider to set the the bit rate of the video in kilobits per
