Main/include,Main/SharedFolderImpl.cpp: Remove a redundant 'const'
qualifier from the SharedFolder::i_getSymlinkPolicy() declaration and
definition. Flagged by clang as 'error: 'const' type qualifier on
return type has no effect [-Werror,-Wignored-qualifiers]'. bugref:10619
