ValidationKit/bootsectors: unify the instr-4 test tables across execution modes; bugref:10658; jiraref:VBP-1205
The roundxx instructions pushed data size too big to fit in the image.
This saves a chunk of space while simplifying source maintenance &
improving test result interpretation.
- add macros to make unification work
- replace 3 tables in each instruction's test function with 1 unified table
- each entry in the new table has 3x pointers for the actual opcode functions
