Commands for converting the images into the right format:

convert .../vbox_bios_splash_oracle.png -background black -alpha remove BMP3:vbox_bios_splash_oracle.bmp

convert .../vbox_bios_splash.png -background black -alpha remove BMP3:vbox_bios_splash.bmp

convert .../vbox_bios_splash.png -background black -alpha remove -compress none -type palette BMP3:Logo.bmp
