Devices/EFI/FirmwareNew/VBoxPkg: Remove VBoxVgaMiniPortDxe as it seems to be completely unused/superseeded by VBoxVgaDxe/VmwSvga3Dxe and doesn't build anymore due to the removal of gEfiVgaMiniPortProtocolGuidt (just hope it doesn't get used by any ancient macOS guest, which testing will tell), bugref:4643
