kBuild 2221 -> 2245:

• qt4.kmk: QT_INFIX corrections for windows.
• kBuild: VirtualBox 2.0.x workaround: KBUILD_NO_TESTING_PASS_ALIASES.
• kBuild: Fixed MODE, UID and GID inherting.
• kBuild: Made the link targets pick up MODE, UID and GID when installing the result.
• kBuild: Renamed some target properties set by sub*.kmk and footer.kmk, and moved some internal ones out into the open (old names still work of course):

    - PATH_$(target)          -> $(target)_0_OUTDIR
    - TARGET_$(target)        -> $(target)_1_TARGET
    - $(target)_OUTPUT_       -> $(target)_2_OUTPUT
    - $(target)_OUTPUT_MAYBE_ -> $(target)_2_OUTPUT_MAYBE
    - $(target)_DEPEND_       -> $(target)_2_DEPEND
    - $(target)_DEPORD_       -> $(target)_2_DEPORD
    - $(target)_OBJS_         -> $(target)_2_OBJS
  

• Added flex, yacc / bison support.
