Made all the gcc tools emit dummy source dependency to simplify moving sources around ( http://svn.netlabs.org/kbuild/ticket/101 ).
Fixed typo in footer.kmk::def_pass_setup_and_optimize that prevented SUBDIRS.target.arch from working correctly ( http://svn.netlabs.org/kbuild/changeset/2389/ )
