IPRT,lnx-kmods: s/VBOX_RHEL_MAJ_PREREQ/RTLNX_RHEL_MAJ_PREREQ/ and added RTLNX_RHEL_PREREQ. Eliminated confusing RHEL_81 & RHEL_82 defines from the-linux-kernel.h.
