FE/Qt: bugref:9653: UIVirtualMachineItemCloud: Recache refreshed cloud VM data on progress event handling finished, instead of progress complete signal; This allows to avoid micro-hangs in thread wait routine after each async machine refresh call improving overall user experience; That became possible after changes implemented in r140609-r140611.
