Description
After an upgrade from 4.2.0 to 4.2.2, VirtualBox - Settings says "Invalid settings detected - The value of the host filed on the proxy page is not complete." But I do not have proxy enabled!

Same bug. MacOS 10.6.8 host, Windows 7 Bootcamp Guest. VirtualBox 4.2.2. New install. New VM. VirtualBox>Preferences>"Invalid Settings Detected" - no clues as to which settings are wrong. Can't change any preferences. Kludge found here:

Workaround : on the proxy page, tick "Enable Proxy", put anything in host and port and untick "Enable proxy"

Will be fixed in the next maintenance release of course.
