| | 1 | I have the same problem after installing VirtualBox 4.3.2 r40305 with extensions on System Version: Mac OS X 10.6.8 (10K549) Kernel Version: Darwin 10.8.0: any attempt to create a virtual machine and install Windows 8.1 from an official .ISO image from Microsoft gets the same error message "NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)" but VirtualBox does not crash. No log file is created. This same Windows 8.1 image was successfully imported into Parallels Version Build 6.0.12106 (Revision 692267; September 7, 2011) [however, integration of Parallels Tools is not available from Parallels, so VirtualBox was attempted] |
