Description
I have a Laptop Toshiba with 8GB (4+4GB) of RAM memory and I am not able to load two virtual machines. The first one is ok but the second one has a HostMemoryLow error and shutdown. I made various tests and found that seems there is a limit of 5GB. If I shink the two v-machines to remain in the 5GB limit (host+vm1+vm2) they are able to load if not the second vm is stopped with guru meditation and the error. I tried to disable in the BIOS the "Execution Disable Function" but nothing changed. I installed the new version v4.3.4 (before I used the 4.3.2) but nothing changed. I need help to solve this problem.

For solving the problem I used CCCleaner to disable the startup of Skype and all Toshiba tools together with Windows7_64 and I reinstalled VirtualBox. I was not able to identify the single program that was responsible of the problem. If you run skype and the various Toshiba tools after you run VirtualBox the problem will not manifest. It seems related to the startup phase only.
the update to v4.3.6 did not solve the problem
