Description
Hi,
I used to use VBox to update my GPS, it works perfectly with VirtualBox 4.3.12 but doesn't work anymore with 4.3.14.
I can attach it to guest, it works for a few second (enough to remove the GPS maps...) and the guest can't communicate with it.
My host system is running an Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, up-to-date and the guest system is a Windows 7 also up-to-date and with VBoxGuestAddition installed and Extension Pack installed.
According to dmesg, on the host operating system, the TomTom is seen as an USB network card.

I tried on an other computer and on different USB port (USB2 and USB3 host port), I had the same issue.
I downgraded VBox to 4.3.12, reinstalled the old VBoxGuestAddition on the guest and Extension Pack on the host. Tryied again and now my TomTom is able to get the new maps.
Please found in attachment VBox.log while running VBox 4.3.14.
Let me know if you need anything more,
Regards, APLU.

@marek_sal
Replied to you in #17471, no need to wake up every ticket with "TomTom" in there... ;)
