Description
Host - Win7 SP1 x64 Pro Guest- Server 2003 x32
Get grey bars going on screen when it is just about to finish powering down. This was fixed in 4.1 and now its back again.

My guest is Windows Server 2003 SP2 x32
Had the exact same issue with 4.3.14

Most likely fixed with VBox 4.3.20.

I would expect a VBox.log file from such a VM session.
