1		I have found out that the problem is caused by running Kaspersky Antivirus. When I shut-down the program (do "Exit" - not only disable the protection), the mouse is correctly handled ~~(no mouse goes out of the window)~~ when the mouse integration is disabled.

3	3	I reported this to Kaspersky Antivirus support as report INC000004003050 (lets see what they tell me). I think that this ticket could be closed.
