Windows 7 32 bit BSOD 0x0000008e at launch of VM

Description

The moment I press "Launch" button, PC hangs and shows BSOD 0x0000008e (RAM issues). This happens on two different PC's, and there is no RAM problems on those. Up to now, tested only with WinXP VM as a guest.

update: created default Ubuntu 32 VM - same problem

This is not RAM issue but very likely bug in VirtualBox kernel driver - KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. Please attach minidump file and log file.

Same issue here under ubuntu 14.04 x64, when resuming windows xp.
