Windows XP guest crashes when working with Visual Studio

Description
I'm using virtualized Windows XP on Ubuntu host. Normally, it's not crashing at all. But when working in Visual Studio, it crashes quite often. Window with Windows is closed and marked as "Cancelled". It happens especially on unhandled exceptions...

Thanks for reply. Well, I tried to disable 3D acceleration and it didn't help. Then I disabled 2D accel. and also no change so far... Windows are 32 bit, SP3. Visual Studio info:

Does it crash if you disable 3D acceleration and 2D video acceleration support, in the VM settings? Are you running Windows XP 64 bit or 32 bit? What version of Virtual Studio are you using?
