Description
How to reproduce.
- Run Windows XP guest
- change time and/or timezone
- reboot guest
Result: Time will be same as host machine Expected: time must be as it were changed
It is something related to "BIOS" (time saved into CMOS)

Well, if you have the VirtualBox Guest Additions installed then the guest will synchronize the guest time with the host so changing the guest time will not work. But changing the timezone should work. I just did a quick test and changing the timezone with an XP guest works indeed.
