Add menu item to type/insert clipboard contents to keyboard

Please add a menu item under Input->Keyboard to Insert the contents of the clipboard into the VM keyboard. There are some instances where the guest system does not support the Guest Extensions or they are not yet loaded that prevent pasting even basic text into the guest. A Input->Keyboard menu item on the host window would easily resolve this issue.

Both VMWare Fusion and Microsoft Hyper-V have this feature, if you want to see how it could work.

@LSCG, I believe that the developers have a pretty good idea on how that feature works. See #15372, #9291, #3293, #1139.
