Description
Host machine is Windows 7 Ultimate, SP1 64-bit.
- Start VirtualBox Manager (VirtualBox.exe) - no need to actually start a VM
- Log off from host machine.
- VirtualBox Manager then gives the following series of error message boxes:

At this point the VirtualBox Manager window has disappeared, but Task Manager shows that VBoxSVC.exe and (1 instance of) VirtualBox.exe is still running.
Attached are the log files that existed after:
- the aforementioned error messages
- I used Task Manager to kill the VBoxSVC and VirtualBox (so that WinZip did not complain about trying to read the log files)
This looks like it might be related to https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/12933
