amd-v and intel-VT support not functional under fedora 8 x84_64

Description
when the virt registers are enabled and the kernel mods are loaded than the guest just hangs. I remove the virt kernel mods and the guests starts but the runtime log states that hardware virt is disabled

Duplicate. AMD-V has already been fixed. VT-x works as long as you don't have KVM enabled in the kernel.
