VB GUI elements are missing, Windows 10

Description
As described in the title, I have an issue with the VirtualBox GUI itself in which the dropdown menu is not showing correctly and looks like it's not responding.
My configuration is like this :
- OS : Windows 10 Home x64
- CPU : Core i7-5700HQ
- GPU : Intel Hd Graphics 5600 + GTX960M
- Screen resolution : 1920x1080
- DirectX version : 12

After the bug happens, if I close VirtualBox it will remain in task manager as shown in this picture :
And if I start another VirtualBox, the GUI itself will be not displayed but a new VirtualBox process appears :
If I try to create a new VM, I couln't do that because a lot of GUI elements are missing and I can't setup the guest memory size, guest hard disk, etc
I've tried with older version of VB through 5.0.4 and they have exactly same problem in my setup
