Cannot start VirtualBox.exe or VBoxSDL.exe because of ntdll.dll error.

Basically what title says. Here is the windows log for this:

The problem is I can't event get the .log file from virtualbox as it crashes too early. I was able to run virtualbox.exe in safe mode, but I'm not sure how it will help me. I've tried "diagnostic startup" in msconfig, and virtualbox.exe also crushes. Versions I've tried:

• VirtualBox-5.0.21-107750-Win
• VirtualBox-5.0.20-106931-Win
• VirtualBox-4.3.38-106717-Win

Please attach the VBoxHardening.log file when you try to start it with VBox 5.0.21.
