Is it possible for you to make the default value of the VRAM of Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 guests to 32Mb?

See the attachments for the screenshots. It would be prettier if the default values are 16 or 32 Mb. These are newly created VM's.

Actually the amount of VRAM is determined a bit more sopohisticated. There is a hint how much VRAM should be configured for a certain guest. But on top of that it's also determined how much VRAM is required for the current host screen resolution. If that amount is higher then the value is adapted. Later the amount of VRAM is also checked against the number of configured virtual screens. Rounding up the amount of VRAM to full 4MB or 8MB values might look nicer but I see no point in wasting resources here (in particular if more than one virtual screen is attache).
Current default VRAM value for these guests is 16MB. Why do you want to raise it to 32MB? 1600x1200@32bpp are 7.5MB and 16MB are even sufficient for bigger screen resolutions.
