initial v1 1 1 I can confirm this problem on 5.1.22. 2 I updated my guest os to Windows 10 Creator Update and got BSOD on boot 2 3 I updated my guest os to Windows 10 Creator Update and got BSOD on boot. 4 3 5 Tried to install a clean win10, after installed guest addition it did not boot either. 6 4 7 Tried to change a lot of settings(disable network/audio/PAE/nested paging, change Number of processors,RAM,video memory,paravirtualization interface etc), but all attempts failed. 8 5 9 The only way to boot is to uninstall Guest Additions.
