Interesting, I don't have the old log file so I don't know if I cut it or not but it just happened again so I'll attach the current log.

Thanks for the log file. To be honest the guest state looks weird. The 2nd virtual CPU is about being initialized but the state is partly invalid. I can see that you are using the ArchLinux package which was compiled on ArchLinux. To be honest I would appreciate if you could try to reproduce the same problem with one original VirtualBox package which can be found in the Downloads section.
In general: How reproducible is this problem? Does it happen with every boot? From your description it doesn't seem like that. Is this Guru Meditation only triggered during guest boot or is it also triggered when you already worked with the guest for some time?

I have not had time to try the vanilla VBox packages but the problem does not happen every boot but that does appear to be the only time it happens that I recall.
Did you cut the log file? The actual Guru Mediation information is missing...
