Description
After installing TwinCat the system freezes after booting once the desktop is loaded, but only if VT-x is deactivated. If VT-x is active, the system runs stable, but at 50%-80% CPU load, even if the guest is idle.
Running on Intel Dual-Core, WinXP32 Host, WinXP32 Guest (both running SP3). Default settings for VB with RAM set to 512 (with 2GB available).

I have the exactly same problem in version 2.0.4 when installing TwinCAT and have tried it on 3 different PC
System 1:
HP/Compaq nw8240
Host: XP Pro UK SP 3
Guest: XP Pro UK SP 3
Host CPU load gost to 100% (System freeze)
Not possible to use VT-x
Virtualization not possible
System 2:
Dell Vostro 200
Host: Windows Vista Home Premium DK
Guest: XP Pro UK SP 3
Host CPU load gost to 100% (System freeze)
When VT-x enable then CPU load goes to 50-80%
Virtualization possible
System 3:
HP/Compaq 6710b
Host: Windows Vista Business UK
Guest: XP Pro UK SP 3
Host CPU load gost to 100% (System freeze)
When VT-x enable then CPU load still goes to 100%
Virtualization not possible

Please retry with 3.2.8 and reopen if required.
Tested this with 1.6.4 and the problem persists. Even if the guest reports 99% idle, the CPU load of the VM-Process is at 50%-80% CPU load as soon as TwinCat is turned active.
Please note that this is not a TwinCat specific problem, but hints a general VM-Error/Problem.
