Description
A critical error has occurred while running the virtual machine and the machine execution has been stopped. For help, please see the Community section on https://www.virtualbox.org or your support contract. Please provide the contents of the log file VBox.log and the image file VBox.png, which you can find in the C:\Users\bayle\VirtualBox VMs\Mac OS X Server\Logs directory, as well as a description of what you were doing when this error happened. Note that you can also access the above files by selecting Show Log from the Machine menu of the main VirtualBox window. Press OK if you want to power off the machine or press Ignore if you want to leave it as is for debugging. Please note that debugging requires special knowledge and tools, so it is recommended to press OK now.

bayle, when it says "see the Community section" that means the forums, not the bugtracker. Furthermore, from your log:
VirtualBox VM 5.1.28 r117968 win.amd64 (Sep 13 2017 10:02:48) release log 00:00:01.253987 OS Product: Windows 10 00:00:01.285535 DMI Product Version: System Version 00:00:01.353398 Guest OS type: 'MacOS106_64' 00:00:01.359943 File system of 'D:\VirtualBox\Apps\MacOSXSnowLeopard.iso' (DVD) is ntfs
You do not have an OSX Host, you have a Windows Host, and unfortunately OSX guests are only supported on Apple hardware (which you do not have). See: Important notice regarding Mac OS X as Guest.

To quote from the manual https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/#intro-macosxguests
Mac OS X is commercial, licensed software and contains both license and technical restrictions that limit its use to certain hardware and usage scenarios. It is important that you understand and obey these restrictions.
In particular, for most versions of Mac OS X, Apple prohibits installing them on non-Apple hardware.
These license restrictions are also enforced on a technical level. Mac OS X verifies whether it is running on Apple hardware, and most DVDs that come with Apple hardware even check for an exact model. These restrictions are not circumvented by VirtualBox and continue to apply.
