Button close has not effect in dialog 'saving state machine'

Description
When i request operation 'saving state machine' ,
then during saving the button 'X' (close button) from popup dialog 'saving state' has not effect.
Else the saving and restore VM has works well.

The dialog shows the progress of the operation and an option to cancel it. Why do you want to be able to close it?
