It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums, a lot more eyes there. More than 95% of the issues are resolved in the forums, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
Plus a discussion and analysis on the bug tracker is going to help me, you, and potentially a future drive-by user or two. Not so in the forums, many more tend to benefit...
Having said that, I see this in your log:
00:00:02.102872 HM: HMR3Init: Attempting fall back to NEM: VT-x is not available 00:00:02.148353 NEM: WHvCapabilityCodeHypervisorPresent is TRUE, so this might work...
Emphasis on "this might work...". You have some Hyper-V component enabled. Look at the topic "I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests" for some Hyper-V enablers that we're aware of so far.
Disable them all.

Hyper-V component was installed, but later removed. I've made uninstall from command line and powershell once again and use recomendation from forum's post but to no avail. Can I trace down exact problem with some verbose logging? Is it better to make topic on forums?

Sure, you can make a topic in the forums. Please be sure to mention that you came from the bug tracker and include the ticket number.

I found the source of this problem. Win10 not only has Hyper-V but also Virtual Machine Platform component that I'm not aware of. Do not know what is all about and disabling it solve the problem completely. By the way linux "applications" installed from windows store still work fine.
Thanks for help, please close the bug.

That was one of the items on the "Please uncheck" list in the FAQ that I directed you... ;)
I guess this ticket can be closed as [Invalid].
