Description
I get a critical error when I first try to create the IOS VM.

I have adjusted various settings and enabled VM Compatability in the Bios

It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums, a lot more eyes there. More than 95% of the issues are resolved in the forums, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "[Invalid]".
OSX guests are supported only on Apple hardware. (which you do not have).

Also, consider changing your favorite internet search engine. There should be plenty of results about this issue on the VirtualBox forums (all of them locked, hoping that someone will get the hint), but the search engine you're using now, does not seem to return any results for some reason.
