error while booting windows 8.1

Description
I get this error after trying to boot Windows 8.1.
Not in a hypervisor partition (HVP=0) (VERR_NEM_NOT_AVAILABLE). VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

The error message clearly says that VT-x is disabled in the BIOS, go to your BIOS settings and enable VT-x there, then try again. If this issue persists reopen this ticket and attach at least a VBox.log from the failing VM.
