Install permission error on macOS 10.15.4-beta2

Description
Changes in macOS 10.15.4-beta2 is causing the installer to fail setting the setuid bit on the executables. It looks as though the installer does not have privileges from the postflight installer script to perform the command.

Temporary workaround is to set the bit manually.

This problem has been fixed by Apple in macOS 10.15.4-b3 (well it works for me)
