Copy and Paste broken in v6.1.4 r136177 on windows 10

Description
I have tried to re-install both the Vbox application and the VBox guest additions about 10 times. I have rebooted several times. Still I cannot get the copy and paste to work. I am running a CentOS 7 with kernel 3.10.0-1062.9.1.el7.x86_64. I have been using this product for several years now so I don't believe (though not entirely impossible) that this is user error.

I have this too.
host Windows 10, guest Windows 10. This kind of bug should not be in a stable release, and especially not allowed to exist for 7+ weeks.

The copy and paste between client and host. Inside the VM it works fine.
