NVMe fails in Windows 10/11 guest

Description
It's impossible to start from bootable DVD-iso connected to NVMe and Windows 10/11 setup can't detect hdd attached to NVMe to install it to.

The work-around for NVMe ticket:17228 for Windows driver, but NVMe HDD is still not bootable from UEFI menu.
Also there is some strange behaviour of guest window when UEFI is turned on: it always is being shifted to upper left corner of screen, please correct it either.

Addition: it's impossible to boot HDD from either USB or NVMe (UEFI is on).
USB boots DVD-iso only (attached HDD is visible by Windows setup partitioning).
SAS boots both HDD & DVD-iso .
