I suggest you ask for help in the forum as this is not a bug report, but a post for help and help is done via the forums.
If it is a bug then please supply Host OS info, Virtual Box info and guest OS info and all of the VB logs.

Something must be interfering with the VM start. As your screenshot says, the details are in VBoxHardening.log, and without that I can't say more.
