Apple Silicon Beta: Windows 98 setup aborts after successful boot sequence

Description
I'm not running an old OS this time to be retro. But every OS I try (Windows 8, macOS), fails, so I tried a smaller OS. I created the Windows 98SE vm with not too many RAM or Disk, it was an OEM full iso. It does everything good like "expected", until it halts. (It's nice that Apple also has a log I'll link too).
My OS is macos 13.4.
