Description
Same sound problem as Ticket #217, only with WinXPHome as Host. Virtual Box 1.3.8, guest additions 1.3.8 Win2000Pro as Guest, SP4 with all updates. Direct X 9.0c
Win2000Pro freezes after about 20 seconds of playing audio in Media player 9. Also freezes when playing DVD with Power DVD. Also freezes playing internet radio in IE6.

Sound ok with VirtualBox 1.5.2 and guest additions 1.5.2. Can close bug report!

Upgraded to VBox 1.5.0 with guest additions. Still have same problem. Win2000Pro guest freezes when playing audio files.
