VirtualBox Fedora Linux builds are terribly outdated

Description
- Fedora 35 is EOL.
- Fedora 36 is EOL.
- Fedora 37 is EOL.
- Fedora 38 is going to be EOL in just a few days: "25 Fedora Linux 38 EOL auto closure Tue 2024-05-21", https://fedorapeople.org/groups/schedule/f-40/f-40-key-tasks.html
Please start building for Fedora 39.

We released package for Fedora 40 with 7.0.18. Available on Linux Downloads page.

As long as the package works on Fedora 39 it would just cost additional resources to produce a specific additional build. We appreciate feedback if anything doesn't work due to library updates, then we'll invest the necessary time to create a new build environment.
