Comment:: I'm 99% sure that with your last Debian upgrade you updated from VBox 1.6.2 to 1.6.6. So please install the corresponding 1.6.6 kernel modules or create them yourself (see /usr/share/doc/virtualbox-ose/README AFAIR).
