Description
In the create new virtual machine wizard, the step that asks you to enter your Base Memory Size, does not work as expected. It shows that the base memory size can be between 4 and 2560 MB but when I enter a number greated than 1409, It does not allow pressing the next button. When I enter 1409 I can go to the next step, but if I enter 1410, I cannot.

I assume you have 2GB of host memory, is that correct? VirtualBox does not allow to assign more than 75% of the host memory to a VM. Of course, in such a case a warning should be displayed and I don't know why it isn't displayed in your case. Which Linux distribution is that and which window manager are you using?
Take a look at the screenshots attached. Pay attention to the megabytes and the next button on both screenshots
