Slow NAT speed

Shared folders is broken as we all know...So the solution is to share over NAT with SAMBA right?
Ethernet is only 10mbps...this is ridiculously slow. Please increase the speed! Thanks!

Please note that
a) This is virtual hardware, not real, and it will run as fast as your CPU etc will let it. There are no real mpbs limits imposed. b) VirtualBox emulates a 100mbps network card anyway, not a 10mbps one :)
