MINIX 3.1.5: GPF during boot (only w/ RAW mode) — at Initial Version

Description
MINIX 3.1.5 does not boot under VirtualBox 3.0.10 in RAW mode. It encounters a General Protection Fault during boot and drops back to the boot monitor. This problem does not occur if hardware acceleration is enabled or if RAW mode is disabled (using --norawr0 --norawr3 with VBoxSDL).
To reproduce the issue:
- Create a VM using Other/Other as OS type/version. Default parameters are fine.
- Mount the decompressed ISO image
- Boot the VM and you will see the GPF
