I have major problem whit ftp, cant login to ftp server on nat using passive mode, see attached log file.

Could you please clarify a bit? Is your server in the guest with the NAT? if no could you please send me (vasily _dot_ levchenko _at_ Sun _dot_ COM) pcap file of fail session?
