USB SmartCard Reader EZ100PU does not work in VirtualBox on Ubuntu 9.10 x64 — at Initial Version

Description
The guest OS is Windows XP x86 and Host OS is ubuntu 9.10 x64.
I tried to connect a USB smartcard reader ( EZ100PU ) to Windows XP. Windows can successfully detect the USB smartcard reader and the driver is installed successfully.
However, all the software using the SmartCard does not work. The smartcard reader diagnosis tool can not detect the reader.
