Microphone does not bridge to guest OS. Win 7 host > XP guest — at Initial Version

Description
After many google searches using virtualbox and microphone, there are no real work arounds or support from Sun regarding this issue.
I suspect this is a feature meant to be in a "sold" product, and not in the freeware version. In addition, this issue will come up more and more as you find more telecommuters needing to use VOIP solutions to work remotely.
If any solution is available, please advise.
BTW, the product is awesome so far and I am extremely satisfied w/ its stability and functionality.
