Linux host U10.04 64bit freezes when activating (setting focus to) window of VBOX guest

Description

On Linux 64bit host running U10.04 (the same happened on 32bit U09.10), when changing focus to the window of running 32bit Windows XP Guest, the Linux host freezes and system must be restarted. The window of the XP guest blinks several times and the system freezes.

HW: IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad T61 with Nvidia NVS 140M
VBOX version: 3.1.8 r61349 (happened also with older versions and 32bit U09.04)

VBOX version: 3.1.8 r61349 (happened also with older versions and 32bit U09.10)

The same happened right now with U10.04 and Vbox 3.2 (after today's upgrade). The only difference was that before freeze the Vbox window started to blink and the display look like some pixels moved to different location, some pixels disappeared etc...

Please reopen if still relevant with VBox 4.0.4.
