Filesystem is damaged on OVF export or import — at Initial Version

Description
After export to OVF and then import back to Virtual Box, ext3 filesystem appears to be heavily damaged (some thousand errors reported by fsck and several important files are damaged).
Guest OS is Debian lenny. Host OS is XP and W2K server (import tested on two machines and problem detected on both, export was done on XP)
