Unable to read XUbuntu ISO image

Description
I have downloaded and added this ISO image to VirtualBox as an image and to XUbuntu machine: http://mirror.anl.gov/pub/ubuntu-iso/CDs-Xubuntu/10.04/release/xubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso
However, it is marked as 'unaccessible' by VBox GUI with the message:
Could not open the medium '/root/.VirtualBox/xubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso' VD: error VERR_VD_RAW_INVALID_HEADER opening image file '/root/.VirtualBox/xubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso' (VERR_VD_RAW_INVALID_HEADER)
When I substitute xubuntu-10.04-desktop-i386.iso with some other ISO that I created it shows this ISO fine.

Your iso image is invalid, most probably truncated. The size must be divisible by 512. The sector size of CDROM images is 4096 bytes (8 * 512).
